Julian founded Arbor Capital to build market-leading platforms in fragmented industries through an operator-led buy-and-build approach. He brings over 16 years of experience across private equity, hybrid capital, and special situations.
Before founding Arbor Capital, he held senior investing roles at Blackstone, Bain Capital, SVP Global, and L-GAM. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Andreas has more than three decades of executive leadership experience across industrial and healthcare businesses.
He brings deep operational expertise in scaling organisations, building global businesses, and driving strategic transformations.
He previously served as CEO of PACCOR and SITECO. He was Member of the Management Board of Gerresheimer, and led its Medical Devices divsion for a decade.

Sebastian is an experienced operator focused on building and transforming private equity-backed healthcare and technology platforms. As a former CEO, he has led multiple platform build-ups and roll-ups, including buy-and-build execution, M&A, post-merger integration and turnaround situations.
He is co-founder of Atheneum and has held roles with venture capital investors including Global Founders Capital and Heal Capital, bringing both an entrepreneurial and investor perspective.
He works directly with investors and management teams to drive value creation at platform level.

Prior to joining Arbor Capital Partners in 2025, Dimitrios gained experience across private equity and robotics at ARTEA Global, Shopify and Peninsula Capital.
He holds an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Duke University.

Prior to joining Arbor Capital Partners in 2025, Lena worked across restructuring advisory at Houlihan Lokey and corporate strategy at UBS.
She holds two master’s degrees in business, one from Fudan University and one from London Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from WU Vienna.

Prior to joining Arbor Capital Partners in 2026, Tim gained consulting experience at EY-Parthenon, specialising in financial and commercial due diligence and restructuring advisory.
He holds a master’s degree in business from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Ludwigshafen University.
